My name is Bas Goossen, better known as Certas. I'm a 19 year old DJ/producer from The Netherlands, Alkmaar.
When I was young it all started with listening to Tiesto. I loved watching his massive shows on DVD in my room. That's where the love for electronic music started.

After a couple of years listening to the music, I heard the Vato Gonzalez Dirty House mixtapes. I wanted to know how he made his mixtapes and I started looking around on the internet.
I bought my first controller (Reloop 2 Controller Edition) to mix the songs with Virtual DJ. I was practicing every day. After 1 month I changed Virtual DJ for the Traktor Software.
Every day I was improving myself with mixing. I created the mixtape concept 'What I Want', mixing all the songs I liked in that period in to a 30 minutes mixtape.

I was so interested in the music that I wanted to know how the producers could make it.
2012 was the year when I started producing seriously. I've won the remix competition for Alex Kalicki & Mick Slack, this track will be released on 04/02/2012 on Sliced Records!
